Include the following info: customer name, order and/or invoice number, indicate the item being returned or exchanged, and specify the reason for the return/exchange.
Returns must be received by us within 14 days of your receipt date.
A refund will be issued in the original form of payment if items are returned in this time frame-less all shipping fees.
All shipping fees are non-refundable and shipping fees for returns/exchanges are customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for lost shipping returns.
All items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and all original tags must be attached in original packaging. If the items are not in their original state, and are not re-sale-able due to odor, damages, etc. we will not refund the item.
Returns should be packed carefully. We recommend using USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and insure package for their value. Katelyn & Co is not responsible for lost or damaged goods.

We ship via USPS and charge a flat rate fee plus fees depending on the item's weight. We ship to the 48 continental states. Sorry, but international orders are not accepted at this time.

In-stock items usually ship within 3-5 business days. Please allow 4-10 business days for receipt of orders. We try our best to make sure you receive your orders in a timely manner but shipping destinations and unforessen circumstances may alter transit time.
What are "No Slip Grippies" and how do they work? TOP
When clicking "Add No-Slip Grip!" to your bow, flower or clip, a tiny foam piece is added to the inside of your clip that will form to the clip making a gap-free, no slip clip. By adding this piece it closes the gap between the bottom and the top of the clip making the clip stay in even the finest hair. They are latex free, making them safe for children with latex allergies.

How do I "fluff up" smashed bows? TOP
To make your Katelyn bows look new simply put cotton balls in the bow loops for a few days and they will pop back up. If you're traveling with your bows, make sure to put cotton balls in them! If you have a hand steamer, you can lightly steam the top loops of the bow to fluff them back up.
